Sound installation by the artist born in Stuttgart in 1956. Sounds are recorded from four hot springs on the Mediterranean island of Pantelleria: bubbling, hissing, bees buzzing, children screaming and the sound of the sea. Processed with synthesizer and computer, a faint residue of this raw material remains as a reminder of the distant sound.

From mid-1989 to mid-1991, the Weserburg was rebuilt for the Neues Museum to move in. During this period, the GAK organized projects in the city.
