Long Night of Bremen Museums

On Saturday, June 18, we cordially invite you to join our program taking place in and around our current exhibition on the occasion of the Long Night of Bremen Museums:

6 pm–midnight Bar do Amanhã (de/en/span/frz/port)
We welcome Bar do Amanhã (engl.: the bar of tomorrow) at GAK, a place of extravagance, where the unthinkable happens… Come and talk to the bartenders and let them create your individual drink from special ingredients.

6 pm–midnight Charms by KOSKI* – feminist culture kiosk
Complement your Long Night of Museums wrist band with editions of the Bremen artist Rebekka Kronsteiner. Each charm is unique and can be purchased for a small price.

18:30 (de) / 19:30 (en) / 20:30 (de) Short guided tours
In 15-minute tours, the GAK team will introduce you to the works in the exhibition.

6:45 pm / 7:45 pm / 8:45 pm Martha Rosler: Service. A Trilogy on Colonization, 1978 (de/en)
Reading from Martha Rosler’s postcard novels A Budding Gourmet, McTowers Maid, and Tijuana Maid, published as an artist’s book that is part of the exhibition.
