Daniel Cremer leads through the fascination
Performative guided tour

21.05, 07:00 pm

Everyone should understand art. For example, both the people on the street and the people inside the house. There must be all entrances to get in and out of the house to understand the art there. The Kunstverein is a place of togetherness for all people. So if possible everyone should come. We meet in the art of Timo Seber and let ourselves go a little. Everyone has to come. Don’t be afraid, it will also be mediated and simply talk to each other. Not arrogant and over-the-top but a normal art for everyone and easy to understand. Come on. Access is open. And there are no difficulties.

“let’s talk about art. I have my tight one closed.”
(Daniel Cremer from Berlin, finally in Bremen)

Daniel Cremer (*1983 in Mönchengladbach/Germany) works as an author, director and performer in various artistic fields, most recently at the Junges Schauspielhaus Düsseldorf and HAU Eins, as well as at the Berlinische Galerie and the nGbK, the TU Berlin and the Viadrina University in Frankfurt (Oder). The strategies of his performances include simulation, re-enactment, travesty and especially the liquefaction and distortion of language. His performance Talking Straight Festival, which simulates an entire theatre festival in an invented language, was invited to the Stückemarkt of the Berlin Theatertreffen in 2015 and received the Prize of the Frankfurter Autorenstiftung.
